Dr. Lynn Marie Morski is a quitting evangelist. She helps people quit strategically through her book, Quitting by Design, and her podcast, Quit Happens, along with speaking and coaching. I first heard her speak this year and was in love with her humorous presentation and her practical tips for quitting those things in our life that are holding us back from greater joy and peace. I especially loved creating the "no" list!
